Sep 28, 2025: Emails show questionable collusion between Krasner and PAC donors "Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, long a focal point in the national debate over progressive criminal justice reform, faces escalating legal and ethical scrutiny after a trove of documents revealed extensive coordination between his campaigns, outside political action committees, and a powerful nonprofit consulting operation."

May 19, 2025: DA Krasner - A Disaster for Philadelphians  "Krasner has been a failure. In truth, he wasn’t aiming for the crime fighting. Instead, he focused on advancing a progressive, upside-down-and-backwards vision of “justice.” He chased away career prosecutors; argued for cashless bail; gave thugs successive “second-chances”; and essentially legalized shoplifting – forcing stores to close and making law-abiding citizens feel both cheated and unsafe. They helplessly watch theft occur in front of their eyes at Home Depot, CVS, Target, and Acme. Krasner hasn’t been the chief prosecutor. He’s been the chief crime-enabler."

Mar 18, 2025: Judge Cites Krasner For Misconduct  "On March 13, 2025, Judge Anne Marie Coyle imposed $120,000 in sanctions against Krasner’s office for what was deemed a “bad faith” attack on former prosecutor Beth McCaffery. This latest rebuke raises serious concerns about Krasner’s handling of wrongful prosecutions, politically motivated lawsuits, and potential financial improprieties tied to his administration... The court found that the District Attorney’s Office (DAO) had deliberately obfuscated requests for discovery, and possibly concealed and removed exculpatory documents, thereby violating the due process rights of the prosecutors targeted by Krasner’s so-called reform efforts." Jan 16, 2024: Considering Krasner - "The duly elected members of the state legislature just passed a bipartisan bill providing for the appointment of a special prosecutor for crimes committed around SEPTA property… The aim of the bill is to curb what has officially been dubbed a public safety emergency by the aforementioned tough-on-crime mayor. ..Now, District Attorney Larry Krasner — whose inaction on crime necessitated the bill — is bewilderingly criticizing it as an antidemocratic “erasure of votes” by people out of touch with Philadelphians… I’d say the irony of Krasner calling this particular bill that curbs his power undemocratic is almost as rich as the multibillionaire with no apparent ties to Philadelphia who spent an ungodly seven figures on getting the DA elected."

Dec 14, 2023: ACT 40  Special Prosecutor For Mass Transit (in Philadelphia) ..."Notwithstanding any other provision of law or regulation, a special prosecutor shall have the authority to investigate and prosecute, and has jurisdiction over, any criminal matter involving an alleged violation of the laws of this Commonwealth occurring within a public transportation authority that serves as the primary provider of public passenger transportation in the county of the first class. The special prosecutor's prosecutorial jurisdiction shall include the power and independent authority to exercise all investigative and prosecutorial functions and powers of an office of the district attorney of a county of the first class and any other officer or employee of the office of the district attorney in the county of the first class."...

Nov 15, 2022: The Impeachment of DA Larry Krasner "By impeaching Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, we put ourselves on the record that we stand with the people of Philadelphia who have been living in fear for their lives and the safety of themselves and their families. We are standing up for those who do not have a voice, but long for safety and freedom from fear. What is clear is that the Philadelphia district attorney, through his improper use of prosecutorial discretion, has implemented policies and mismanaged his office in such a way that its purposeful ineffectiveness in combating the crime and violence crisis gripping the city has contributed to the problem itself. We did not take this path lightly or with joy and eagerness. But the impeachment of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is without a doubt the right thing to do.”

Oct 25, 2022: The Case Against Krasner "Public safety is a core function of government. Since Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner has taken office in 2018, crime in Philadelphia has exploded. Meanwhile, Krasner has pushed ultra-progressive policies, which has led to decreased convictions, more repeat offenders being set free and inarguably contributed to the crime surge. In June, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed legislation to create the Select Committee on Restoring Law and Order with the purpose of investigating the matter, reviewing the performance of public officials and making legislative recommendations, which may include impeachment."
